This Data Privacy Policy (together with the Membership Details Form, House Rules, General Terms and Conditions, Visitor Terms (as defined in House Rules), and Cookies Policy (as defined herein and further described in the General Terms and Conditions), which are incorporated herein by reference thereto, the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you and us. Terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.

To Whom This Privacy Policy Applies This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Seth Coworking, LLC Site(s) and Services and SUCCESS® Space Members and Authorized Users, as defined below. Who We Are SUCCESS® Space Sugar Land operated by Seth Coworking, LLC. (“Seth Coworking”) is operating a SUCCESS® Space franchise pursuant to its agreement with SUCCESS® Franchising LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“SUCCESS® Space”). SUCCESS® Space and Seth Coworking are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy defines the Personal Information and Usage Information (each as defined below) that Seth Coworking collects and describes how that information is collected, stored, used, and shared. This Privacy Policy also describes your choices regarding our use of that information, the steps we take to protect your Personal Information and how you can review and correct your Personal Information. In our operation of the SUCCESS® Space franchise, we process certain Personal Information on behalf of SUCCESS® Space and do not use, share, distribute, or sell such Personal Information for any other purpose. We only collect, use, and share the information we need to provide and operate our solutions and to help our customers have the best experience with our staff, our Services, and our third-party solution providers. Our goal is to design our products and systems with your expectations in mind, including how we use your data. What This Privacy Policy Covers This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from you through any SUCCESS® Space Sugar Land web pages or mobile applications (singularly, “https://sugarland.success.space” and collectively, the “https://success.space”), and through any offering, services, and/or programs we offer or operate, whether online or offline, including the coaching services, co-working spaces and other services (“SUCCESS® Space Services” and collectively with all other Seth Coworking offerings, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is not applicable to any web page, mobile application, social media site, or information collected and/or owned by any entity other than Seth Coworking. Any questions regarding the privacy practices of a third party, including but not limited to any third-party website that links to the Services, should be directed to that third-party. Seth Coworking works with its joint venturers, service providers (individuals and businesses) that Seth Coworking has an ownership stake in (collectively, “Affiliates”), SUCCESS® Space, and other third-party service providers that are not affiliated with Seth Coworking (collectively, “Independent Third Parties”) to provide our Services and special virtual events and in-person events to which you register to attend (collectively, “SUCCESS® Events”). SUCCESS® Events may be sponsored by one or more Affiliates and/or Independent Third Parties. This Privacy Policy is applicable to information collected from you when you register for a SUCCESS® Event; however, the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information obtained from you during each SUCCESS® Event may be governed by a separate, supplemental SUCCESS® Event-specific attendee terms and conditions (“Attendee Terms”). To the extent that the Attendee Terms and this Privacy Policy conflict, the Attendee Terms shall govern. By accessing or contracting with Seth Coworking for the Services, including using the SUCCESS® Space Services, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy. What Information We Collect About You The data we collect, use, process, and share about you depends on who you are and how we interact with you. Generally, Personal Information is data that identifies you or that makes you identifiable. It includes data that could be used to identify, locate, track or contact you, as more fully specified below. Types of Information Collected Seth Coworking and any third party we engage for the purpose of administering, operating, hosting, configuring, designing, maintaining, and providing internal support for the Services, may collect two types of information when you use the Services: Personal Information and Usage Information. Disclosure of Your Personal Information Seth Coworking engages its Affiliates and Independent Third Parties to perform certain business-related functions and services on our behalf. These Affiliates and Independent Third Parties are provided with information required to perform their specific function, which may include Personal Information. We impose contractual obligations on our Affiliates and Independent Third Parties to limit their use of your Personal Information to those purposes specified in the table below. Except as may be provided in any Attendee Terms, we do not sell your Personal Information, however, we do share/disclose your Personal Information outside of the context provided in the table below.

In certain situations, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information without your consent to: (a) protect our rights; (b) prevent or detect fraud or breaches of security; (c) satisfy local, state, or federal laws; (d) legal and governmental authorities and other third parties when compelled to do so by law, for example, by court order or subpoena, or by regulation; and (e) complete a merger or acquisition concerning Seth Coworking, or a sale of our assets.

How We Transfer Data Across Country Borders The Seth Coworking Sites and the Services are operated primarily in the United States. Additionally, we may deploy security measures, including, without limitation, building surveillance systems, smartlock installation, keypad access system installation, alarm system, audio and video enabled intercom systems, smart device enables locking mechanisms. Your Personal Information will be retained by Seth Coworking only for as long as necessary to accomplish the identified purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law, whichever is longer. When we are no longer required to retain your Personal Information, we will destroy it or render it anonymous.
